The Kelly Law Firm is committed to representing workers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination and sexual harassment. Our attorneys are members of the National Employment Lawyers Association (www.NELA.org) and we represent workers regarding sexual harassment issues, as well as those whose employers have treated them differently based on race, religion, nationality, sex, age or disability. Our firm also represents employees who are courageous enough to “blow the whistle” on their employers for illegal activity.
If believe you have been a victim of discrimination or harassment, or if you have questions, call us at (904) 322-8596. The initial consultation is free.
The Kelly Law Firm handles all aspects of the Fair Labor Standards Act, including overtime and minimum wage discrepancies. This law requires your employer to pay no less than one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular rate of pay after 40 hours of work in a workweek, unless the type of work falls into one of the exemption categories, which means no overtime would be owed. This law can also protect workers who are paid salary, but actually qualify for overtime wages. In addition to helping employees get paid what they deserve, we will also defend small business owners who have been sued under the Fair Labor Standards Act. In some instances, these cases may be dismissed because the employers do not meet the minimum requirements for their businesses to comply with this law.
If you need our legal help to get paid your rightfully due wages, or if you have questions, call us at (904) 322-8596. The initial consultation is free.
