When The Kelly Law Firm represents you, if we settle your case in less than 10 hours before going to Court, we will bill you at our normal rate of $280.00 per hour and provide itemized billing for any costs incurred while settling your case. Lawyers normally take 1/3 of your settlement money even if it only takes them 3 or 4 hours to get you your settlement money.
If your case does go to Court, The Kelly Law Firm will fight to ensure you are properly compensated for your injuries. We agree to take only 30% of your recovery plus costs. Most lawyers have you agree to pay them 40% of any money you get in this stage of your case. Charging such high percentages only results in the lawyer taking an unreasonable fee from your pain and suffering. At The Kelly Law Firm, we will work just as hard to win your case, but we believe attorney’s fees should be fair.
